A pale, highly attenuated, dry and crisp lager with a light body and clean, restrained malt character. Rice adjuncts give a subtle floral/neutral note and a snappy, refreshing finish with low to moderate bitterness.
A very pale, exceptionally clean and crisp lager brewed with a large proportion of rice (often 20-50%). Rice lightens the body and produces a dry, delicate, refreshing finish characteristic of Japanese-style lagers.
