Norwegian Kveik yeast originating from Sigmund Gjernes in Voss, Norway. Extremely fast-fermenting at high temperatures (up to 40°C) with clean tropical and citrus ester profile. No off-flavors at elevated temperatures, ideal for fast-turnaround brewing. Equivalent to Lallemand Voss, Mangrove Jack's M12 and Omega OYL-061.
